William Jacobs' background is in the tech industry and he was hit hard with an investment that went sour during the dot com crash in 1999-2000.  William knows what it's like first hand to lose everything that he worked hard for and to have a dream shattered.  This was the start of the William Jacobs SIC knows today. 

William has been a gambler his entire life.  Not entirely in the sense of cards or sports but in the sense that he is a risk taker, a true entrepreneur.  His favorite proverb, "Fortune favors the brave".  William takes risks in his life and he loves to win big.  "The biggest win in my gambling career came when I went big on Boise State +7 over Oklahoma in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl.  Now that was a game that got my blood pumping and I sure cashed in on that pick.  It made me appreciate the role of the underdog".

William lends his services for MLB, football and basketball and looks to anchor an aggressive SIC staff.
